TERMS & CONDITIONS

 Welcome to the Catwalk&Hanger website ('Site'). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the 'Agreement')  

 GENERAL

 We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time  

 PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

Before placing any order, please ensure you have READ & UNDERSTOOD Terms & Condition applied. Only proceed if u agreed with our T&C.

1.ENQUIRE STOCK AVAILABILITY

 When you place an order on our Site, please send us an email at catwalkhanger@gmail.com.  Please provide us your correct email and complete address. And, please specified your orders with item codes. We will reply to you within 24hours to confirm and product availability.

Please check your SpamBox, especially for YahooMail users.

2. PAYMENT AND RESERVATION

Please bank in or transfer the payment to our MAYBANK or CIMB account within 24 hours. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released without any further notice.

Note: All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Strictly No Haggle!

3.PROOF OF PAYMENT

Every transaction/payment should be attached with scanned receipt of payment as proof of payment. Please attach all the payment details ie; from which bank, reference number, time and amount of the money transferred after you have transferred or banked in the money. Fail to do so, your item(s) will not be posted.

For Cimbclicks user:

Please choose payment notification by email and insert catwalkhanger@gmail.com. And your bank will send us email notification.

M2u/IBG user:

Whether u put our email address or not, attach print screen of succesfull transaction is COMPULSORY.

Those who Transfer/Bank In via Cash Deposit:
Please snap a picture of receipt / scan receipt and attach to email. Replying our email, DO NOT compose new email.

We would appreciate if you could email us directly on any cancelation you wish to make within 24hours after confirmation has been made.

 4.DELIVERY

Delivery will be every Tuesday and Thursday. Please allow 7 working days for your parcel to arrive.

Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage.

Items can be collected by hand at Suria KLCC every Wednesday from 12-2pm. However, all payment must be settled before collecting your items.

5.POSTAGE FEE

We will be using Poslaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM9 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g.

TIPS: You can combine shipping. Purchase multiple items and save on shipping fee.

6.BLACKLISTED BUYER

Buyers need to inform us on any cancelation via email within 24hours of confirmation. Fail to do so, buyers will be blacklisted. A strict term will be imposed to blacklisted buyers who wish to buy again from Catwalk&Hanger.

7.NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND

No exchange or refund of items for every items sold except if items are damaged. Items return should be in good condition

NON ACCEPTANCE ORDER

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

- The product ordered being unavailable from stock - Our inability to obtain confirmation of payment

- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order

  

 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 Colour: We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate

Sizing: All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible Catwalk&Hanger attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Catwalk&Hanger does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Catwalk&Hanger itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition in exchange of a credit refund (store credit)  

 CONTENTS/PROMOTIONS
 Any contests or promotions described or posted on this Site shall be governed by the rules regulating such event. From time to time we may run special local promotions or we may offer special discounts online

You agree that Catwalk&Hanger may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any of Catwalk&Hanger products or services, or for such other purpose(s) as Catwalk&Hanger deems appropriate.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you This Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Website other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice
